Thermography

Within the preventive and predictive maintenance strategy for industrial facilities, the use of thermographic inspections is key. This can complement power supply quality analysis as a means of ensuring greater availability of industrial facilities.

This technique allows us to noninvasively collect data and, in particular, identify thermal patterns and trends that reflect information about the facilities.

They provide us with a quick and visual understanding of the temperature and heat distribution of the object being analyzed in an industrial facility, without having to stop the production process.

This process allows us to discover:

• Diagnosis and inspections in the electrical cabinets where the following will be detected: hot spots, correct ventilation, overloads, energy losses.
• Monitoring the electrical status of rotating machines.
