In Juan Palacios, S.L. we are specialists in Industrial Process Automation. We are experts mainly in processes in food industry, although we also work in other sectors such as cement, fertilisers, water treatment, chemicals, etc…

By automating industrial processes, we optimize their operation in such a way as to ensure that they are able the manufacture of the product in the most efficient way possible, both in terms of energy consumption and consumption of raw materials, applying the latest technologies of control equipment and management software.

Special mention should be made of the fact that we are specialists in processes related to the transport and management of liquids and solids. It’s common to find areas where the environment of these processes is classified as an trExplosion Hazardous Areas (ATEX). Zone 0, 1, 2 for gases and Zone 20, 21, 22 for combustible dust. We ensure that the final installation is carried out in accordance with the Ex Zones directives.

Our Engineering Department can perform Turnkey projects so that the client only has to focus on their business, trusting that our company will adapt to their needs. We collaborate with companies in the mechanical design and assembly sector in order to provide a global solution. Our Engineering Department has staff experienced in project management. It does Consultancy, Design and Calculation, Development, Commissioning and After-sales service tasks. These projects are developed in a multidisciplinary environment, so that the customer does not have to look for more suppliers.
