MES/MOM SYSTEMS

In order to have an integrated overview of all production lines, we provide an information systems consultancy service. Performance Management Modules

Allows you to define the possible states of use that can be applied to the different units of the plant. Allows you to define the operating rules for a unit that goes into an activation state and to associate this state with its possible rules. The rules are organised in groups of criteria.

This module stands out for the use of data to evaluate the ratios marked in each group of criteria set. Thus, these values obtained are also known as KPI or Key Performance Indicators. By computing these KPI values we can evaluate and know different parameters such as yields, product quality, production time, time, availability and, of course, the efficiency of the production system (KPI OEE) and know the % of production time that is really productive.

Operations Management Modules

The Operations Management Modules allow you to define and control the specifications in the following sections:
